Before you decide
The questions holding you back.
I've never written a line of code. Is this too advanced?
+
No, Shonazz Learning is not too advanced for beginners, as both tracks start from zero. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can start. Week one of SQL is your first SELECT; week one of Power BI is cleaning a messy export. It moves quickly, but it never assumes a background you don't have.
I work full-time. What if I miss a session?
+
If you miss a session, you can watch the recording, which is uploaded within 24 hours and stays available for your whole cohort. Watch what you missed, then bring your questions to the next live session. You're never left to work it out alone.
Is it really worth the money?
+
Yes, and we offer a two-week refund guarantee so you can decide for yourself. Sit through the first four sessions. If it isn't delivering, ask for your money back and keep what you learned. You only stay if it's working.
Should I take one track or both?
+
You should take both tracks if you want to build the full data pipeline, but Power BI alone is fine if you only do reporting. The two are designed to connect; the SQL capstone hands its dataset straight into Power BI week one. Most people take both, and it's QAR 500 cheaper together.
Can my employer pay?
+
Yes, your employer can pay for the course via invoice. Ask for an invoice at enrolment and you'll get a proper invoice from Shonazz Eduverse with your company details, ready for a purchase order.

Mastering SQL and Power BI
We focus on the two most in-demand skills in the modern data stack: SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and Power BI for visualization and reporting. By learning these tools in tandem through real-world business scenarios, you build a cohesive, end-to-end data pipeline that modern employers actually care about.
